Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Accountant role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Assistant Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, recording transactions, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing and updating financial records, reconciling bank statements, and helping with monthly and annual closing activities. The individual will assist in generating basic financial reports,



coordinating with internal teams for invoice and payment processing, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. The role may also include supporting audits, maintaining documentation, and helping improve accounting processes and controls.
Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and general ledger management.
• Ability to work with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and proficiency in MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data, financial records, and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
