Educational Qualification:
· B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent.
· Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institution.
Work Experience
· Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Government, PSU, or a reputed private organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle coordination-related tasks involving PMO, Cabinet Secretariat, NITI Aayog, and other ministries.
· Prepare official briefs, technical notes, presentations, background papers, and reports.
· Monitor and follow up on government portals such as PRAGATI, PMREF, e-Samiksha, PMG, DGOI, and SGOS.
· Prepare and track Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Action Taken Reports (ATRs), and Minutes of
Meetings (MoMs).




· Compile, validate, analyze, and maintain data for MIS reports and management reviews.
· Coordinate with government departments, States/UTs, and internal divisions for timely submission of information.
· Manage e-Office files, digital documentation, and official records.

Required Skills:
· Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Robust analytical, drafting, reporting, and coordination skills.
· Ability to handle large datasets and prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
· Familiarity with government procedures, official file work, and digital record management.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

· Employment Type: Contractual, initially for 1 year; extendable based on performance and requirement.
· Selection Process: Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by a personal interview.
