About the Role

Join our Cell Development Chemistry team and help shape the future of battery technology. As an R&D; Junior Engineer in Advanced Battery Materials, you will contribute to the development of innovative battery chemistries and next-generation energy storage solutions. Working closely with experienced scientists and engineers,



you will conduct laboratory research, analyze experimental data, and explore breakthrough concepts that could lead to future patents.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external R&D; projects focused on advanced battery materials.
• Explore cutting-edge concepts and contribute to the development of intellectual property and patentable technologies.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and technical testing on emerging battery chemistries.
• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of laboratory equipment.
• Analyze experimental results and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare and present technical reports to project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in project reviews, technical exchanges, and innovation initiatives.

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, or a related field.
