About ANCONS School of Excellence
The ANCONS Aerospace Educational Foundation is launching an elite, highly specialized graduate training node in Hyderabad. Our flagship program is a 1-year Advanced Postgraduate Certificate in Computational Aerospace Engineering, contractually engineered as a 1+1 transnational twinning pathway. Our select cohort of exactly 24 elite students completes the first half of their program (15 credits) with us natively in Hyderabad before transferring directly into the Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace Engineering program at the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech), USA.
Operating on a 100% computational, asset-light framework, our facility utilizes high-end, high-clock desktop engineering workstations running advanced standalone student and open-source multi-physics solvers. We are seeking a high-stamina,

technically brilliant academic professional to anchor this program as our primary full time faculty leader.

Position Overview
As an Assistant Professor of Computational Aerospace Engineering, you will own the complete academic delivery, code auditing, and project mentorship for our 24 graduate students. To optimize machine density, you will lead two back-to-back shift rotations daily: a Morning Cohort (12 students, 08:30 AM to 01:00 PM) and an Evening Cohort (12 students, 01:30 PM to 06:00 PM), with a 30-minute system reset block in between.

Because our curriculum relies heavily on free standalone student licenses and open-source tools, your core challenge will be guiding students to achieve high convergence accuracy on highly optimized, coarse-mesh 2D/symmetric configurations that remain strictly below commercial node limitations (e.g., Ansys's 512,000-cell boundary).
