Position: Project Management Intern
Organization: Startup Stairs
Project: Startup Seva Sankalp Haryana 2026
Internship Duration: 1 Month
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Eligibility: BBA / MBA
Location: Haryana (Office-based and field travel)
About the Chance
Startup Stairs is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Project Management Interns to support the execution of Startup Seva Sankalp Haryana 2026, an initiative organized by Startup Haryana.
As the project has already been launched, we are looking for immediate joiners who can actively support ongoing project activities, field coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to project management, local stakeholder coordination, field operations, data collection, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with local residents, community members, colleges, institutions, and other stakeholders across Haryana.
• Travel across 10 districts of Haryana for field visits, project activities, and local coordination.




• Support the implementation and execution of ongoing project activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Collect, organize, and maintain project-related data and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, project documentation, and progress trackers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide on-ground support during events and other project activities.
• Visit the office whenever required for meetings, reporting, coordination, and other project-related work.
• Be available for occasional overnight stays in other districts, depending on project requirements.

• Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA.
• Prior experience in event management, fieldwork, project coordination, or stakeholder management will be preferred.
