Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Drive achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets for an Organsisation
• Ensure effective and reliable trade execution at the Organsisation
• Manage administrative activities, enable smooth functioning of branch operations and ensure audit compliance
• Lead and manage the branch team
• Building and maintaining relationships with key retail clients, understanding their investment needs and objectives, and providing personalized investment solutions and services to meet their requirements.
• Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned cluster of key accounts, cross-selling financial products and services offered by, and expanding the client base through proactive sales efforts.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.




• Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to grow the business with key accounts, aligning with the overall business objectives of the organisation, and conducting regular reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Setting and achieving sales targets for the assigned cluster of key accounts, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
• Assessing and mitigating risks associated with key account relationships, monitoring and managing credit exposures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and providing market intelligence and insights to clients and internal teams for informed decision-making.
