We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to drive university partnerships, B2B sales, and revenue growth

• Role: Cluster Manager – University & Institutional Business
• Location: MP/MH/GJ/RJ Cluster: Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra,Gujarat,Rajasthan
• Experience: 3 – 10 Years
• Travel: Extensive travel across the assigned cluster
• Compensation: As per industry norms

What You’ll Do:
Acquire recent universities and colleges across UP, Delhi, Haryana, & Punjab. Engage with senior decision-makers (VCs, Deans, Directors, TPOs) to close MoUs & institutional deals. Lead, mentor, and guide Inside Sales and Field Executives. Expand existing accounts and manage revenue pipelines.





What We Are Looking For:
• 3–10 years in B2B/Institutional Sales, EdTech, or University Partnerships.
• Strong university network across North India.
• Proven track record of high-value closures and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
