Role Description The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to support business operations, including reaching out to prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and updating call records in internal systems. Daily activities include following call scripts where required, gathering relevant information from contacts, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating complex queries to senior team members when necessary. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups,



maintaining a courteous and professional tone in all conversations, and meeting defined call and performance targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring consistent presence at the office during standard working hours.
Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond in a courteous and professional way.
• Basic computer literacy, including working with call management software, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage call volumes, maintain accurate records, and follow set processes.
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a contact center environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an in office, team-based setting and meeting performance targets and schedules.
