About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Calling Executive with strong communication skills to join our team at ISSC.
The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, coordination, maintaining call records, and communicating professionally with candidates, leads, and clients.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Communicate relevant information clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and further discussions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and database records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
• Work towards assigned daily and weekly calling targets.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience during every interaction.
Skills & Requirements• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence and professionalism while handling calls.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
