Role Description The Retail Salesperson is a full-time, in office role based at the House of Mily store in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will greet visitors, understand their preferences, and guide them through collections that suit their style, occasion, and budget.



Daily responsibilities include showcasing products, explaining fabric and design details, managing trial rooms, and supporting customers with styling suggestions and complete outfit coordination. The Retail Salesperson will handle billing, exchanges, and returns in line with store policies, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, maintaining client records, supporting store events or launches, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
