Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage and streamline end-to-end HR processes, including payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR policies, employee records, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain compliance with applicable labor laws, and deliver an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing in coordination with the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and HRIS documentation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
• Manage attendance, leave administration, employee benefits,



and employee data management.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and analytics related to headcount, attrition, absenteeism, payroll, and other key HR metrics.
• Coordinate HR audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance records.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support performance management processes, employee confirmations, and annual HR activities.

Required Qualifications

• Hospital background mandatory.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
• Good understanding of applicable labor laws and statutory filings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
