Account Lead, US Clients (AEO, GEO, Paid, ABM)

You own the US client, whatever mix of AEO, GEO, Paid, Social and ABM they buy. You run the relationship independently, keep the client engaged, and keep them renewing.

Must-haves:
• 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 in an agency or client-facing role
• 3+ years managing US B2B clients directly at CMO, VP or Director level
• A multi-channel book of 15+ accounts managed at once
• A retention record backed by numbers
• Experience leading a team of 4 or more
• Spoken and written English at US-executive level
• Growth campaigns with documented pipeline, revenue or CAC results, reported through GA4 and CRM

Proven depth in at least one of:
• Paid: Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta (bidding, audiences, account structure)
• ABM: ICP and target account lists, intent data, tiering, and plays run jointly with Sales
• AEO/GEO: a full specialism, including AI-driven SEO platforms

Valuable-to-haves:
• MBA or PGDM from IIM, ISB, XLRI, MICA, SPJIMR or FMS Delhi




• Email nurture and lifecycle automation (HubSpot, Marketo or similar)
• Experience in SaaS, IT, Healthcare or Manufacturing

What you bring:
• Build an integrated channel plan and defend the budget split in numbers
• Run QBRs with US executives and land a data-backed recommendation without escalating
• Manage scope and reset expectations against the contract
• Read churn signals and run save plans
• Own the client lifecycle, from the first 90 days after Sales handoff through renewal and cross-sell
• Review specialist work and AI output, and name exactly what is wrong
• Set team priorities and give direct feedback
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content and organic social strategy, US B2B buying and budget cycles, and agency economics (SOWs, margins, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
