Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript to join a high-impact banking project for UBS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building robust automation frameworks, executing end-to-end test scenarios, and working within Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright & TypeScript
✅ Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications
✅ Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing
✅ Analyze test results, report defects,



and track resolution
✅ Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams
✅ Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines
✅ Ensure quality delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
Required Skills
✔ Solid experience in Playwright Automation Testing
✔ Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript
✔ Web Application Testing experience
✔ API Testing knowledge (Postman/REST APIs)
✔ Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools
✔ Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
✔ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills
➕ Banking or Financial Services domain experience
➕ SQL and Database Testing knowledge
➕ Exposure to Cloud and DevOps practices
