Role Description The Sales Team Leader is a full-time in office role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team in the real estate advisory domain. This role includes setting sales targets, monitoring individual and team performance, and providing regular coaching, feedback,



and training to drive results. The Sales Team Leader will oversee client interactions, ensure high-quality customer service, and guide the team in presenting suitable property options, explaining investment benefits, and supporting clients through the decision-making process. Day-to-day activities involve coordinating with internal stakeholders, organizing sales meetings, preparing reports and forecasts, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategies that increase revenue and strengthen MoneyTree Realty’s market presence.
