Role Description The Sales Service Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for Svan’s instruments, performing installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites,



and troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime. The role involves field service visits, coordinating service schedules, documenting service reports, and supporting customers with operational guidance and basic training. The Sales Service Engineer collaborates with the sales team by offering technical inputs, assisting in product demonstrations, and helping identify opportunities for service contracts and upgrades. This position requires consistent, qualified communication with customers to maintain strong relationships and uphold Svan’s standards of purity, precision, and protection.
