Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India, responsible for managing and growing customer relationships for Kotak Mahindra Bank. In this role,



the individual will engage with existing and potential customers, understand their banking and financial needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. Daily activities include handling customer inquiries, assisting with account opening and servicing, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Officer will monitor customer portfolios, follow up on leads, support branch sales initiatives, and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
