Role Description The Office Manager Sales Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting both office operations and sales activities. On a day-to-day basis, this role will coordinate administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and ensure productive use of office systems and tools. The position involves assisting the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, managing follow-ups, and tracking leads and client interactions. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries,



supporting promotional efforts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and workflow. The Office Manager Sales Assistant is expected to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and uphold professional standards in all external and internal communications.
