• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business, Law or a related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience in indirect or corporate services categories within a global organization.
• Proven track record of leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable savings on high value deals and renewals.
• Robust experience in running RFPs or tenders and evaluating technical and commercial proposals.
• Solid understanding of contract terms, commercial risk and end to end contract lifecycle management.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and suppliers across multiple regions and time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written English, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
Nice to have
• Hands-on experience in Professional Services, HR and Benefits, Learning and Development, Marketing or SaaS.
• CIPS or an equivalent procurement certification.
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Exposure to Gen AI for procurement automation, including prompt engineering.
