About the Role
BigMinds is looking for a agile, articulate and highly organised Business Development Manager who can work closely with senior management across business development, client engagement, lead generation, account management and executive-level coordination.
This is a high-visibility, relationship-oriented role that requires someone who is equally comfortable speaking with prospective clients, following up on business opportunities, managing existing relationships, coordinating meetings and supporting the leadership team on strategic business activities.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between senior management, clients, prospects and internal teams, ensuring that opportunities are actively pursued, relationships are nurtured and important business priorities are followed through to completion.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation• Identify and develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals,



databases, events and other channels.

• Research prospective companies, decision-makers and business opportunities.
• Initiate conversations with prospective clients and introduce BigMinds' capabilities and services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain an active business development pipeline.
• Coordinate discovery calls, presentations and meetings between prospects and the senior management team.
• Prepare basic company, prospect and opportunity briefs before important meetings.

• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups and outcomes through CRM or appropriate reporting systems.
• Support the development and execution of targeted business development campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication with key accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and deeper engagement.
• Ensure that client commitments and action items are properly tracked
