About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented skilled from the event and experiential marketing industry who
can manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and support the smooth planning and execution of projects.
This role requires someone who can understand client requirements, coordinate deliverables, maintain project documentation, and
ensure timely execution while delivering a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management




• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and support day-to-day client communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Understand client briefs, requirements, and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, content, and other project-related requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress and deliverables.
Pitching & Presentation Support
• Assist in understanding client briefs and preparing pitch presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with creative and design teams to develop concepts and presentations as per client requirements.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and other pitch-related documents.
• Incorporate client feedback and coordinate revisions in collaboration with internal teams.
