You own how people find us. Content, social, paid ads and organic traffic: all of it, end to end.

We are a coaching business, not a content farm. What you publish has to be true, practical and worth someone reading.

What you will do

• Write and publish content across the site, blog and social
• Run and optimise paid ads (Meta today, more later) against real lead numbers
• Grow organic traffic: SEO, and increasingly visibility inside AI answer engines
• Post consistently everywhere we show up, and keep the voice consistent
• Report honestly on what worked and what did not

What We Care About

• You have run real budgets and can talk about what failed, not just your best campaign
• You write well enough that people finish the post
• You measure. Traffic that does not turn into enquiries is a vanity number.

Requirements

• ✓2+ years in marketing: content, paid ads, or both
• ✓Hands-on experience running paid campaigns with a real budget
• ✓Strong written English, and content samples you are willing to show
• ✓A portfolio, campaign deck or live work we can look at
• ✓Comfortable with analytics: you can tell us what a campaign actually did

Nice to have

• +Fitness, health or wellness industry background
• +SEO experience, especially with AI answer engines
• +Video editing or design ability
• +Experience marketing to NRI audiences
