About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced PMS Operations skilled to manage the end-to-end operational requirements of our Portfolio Management Services business. The role will involve client onboarding, documentation, coordination with custodians and brokers, client servicing, and ongoing PMS operations.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, client-friendly, and capable of independently taking ownership of operational activities through to closure.

Key Responsibilities· Manage end-to-end PMS client onboarding, from collection of information and documents through account activation.
· Pre-fill and review account opening forms, KYC documents, PMS agreements and other onboarding documentation.
· Verify client documents for completeness and accuracy and coordinate for any pending information or corrections.
· Coordinate with custodians, brokers and other intermediaries for account opening, documentation, fund/securities transfer and operational requirements.




· Act as an operational point of contact for clients and assist them with onboarding and ongoing servicing requirements.
· Handle ongoing PMS operations including additional investments, withdrawals/redemptions, client modifications, statements and related requests.
· Maintain client records, operational trackers and MIS, ensuring timely closure of pending items.
· Coordinate with internal Portfolio Management, Compliance, Finance and Dealing teams and maintain appropriate operational records for compliance and audit purposes.
· Help establish and improve SOPs, checklists and operational processes as the PMS business scales.

Candidate Profile· 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in PMS operations, wealth management, asset management, broking or custody operations.
· Prior hands-on experience in PMS client onboarding and operations will be strongly preferred.
