Role Description The HR Manager role at Marketeering is a full time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment,



onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a growing technical marketing team. The HR Manager will design and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and coordinate training and development initiatives to strengthen skills and engagement. Daily activities include partnering with leadership to identify talent needs, overseeing HR documentation and compliance, managing payroll coordination in collaboration with finance, and resolving workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality.
