Role Description The Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Luxury/Premium Fashion Brands is a full-time, in office role based in Saket. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, and remarketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and using data insights to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.



The manager will collaborate closely with brand, creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align performance strategies with brand positioning and product launches. Responsibilities also include testing new channels, overseeing agency or vendor relationships, and preparing regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications
• Strong performance marketing expertise, including paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad managers, attribution tools) for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in e-commerce and D2C growth, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Skills in campaign planning, budget management, and optimization for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
