Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced corporate trainer to train freshers in India and the US in recruitment processes, communication skills, corporate etiquette, and end-to-end recruitment workflows.
Key Responsibilities• Design and deliver structured training programs for freshers.

• Train candidates on sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination.

• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, practical assessments, and recruitment simulations.

• Provide training on professional communication, email etiquette, and workplace behavior.

• Conduct trainee assessments, track performance,



and provide feedback.

• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for onboarding and deployment.

• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores, and MIS reports.

• Continuously improve training modules based on trainee performance.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, education, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, recruitment trainer, HR trainer, or L&D; specialist.

• Experience in US IT staffing, US recruitment, or India recruitment is preferred.

• Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate freshers.

• Willingness to work from the Whitefield office from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
