About the RoleFuture Footwear, the company behind TruFit, is looking for a highly organised, intelligent and execution-focused Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder.
This is not a conventional desk-based PA role.
The selected person will effectively work as the Founder’s right hand inside the business—staying close to his daily priorities, accompanying him across the factory, attending significant meetings, recording instructions and ensuring that commitments made by different departments are actually completed.
The role requires someone who understands how a manufacturing organisation operates, is comfortable on the factory floor as well as in management meetings, and can coordinate confidently with everyone from factory teams and vendors to department heads, distributors and senior business stakeholders.
What You Will DoYou will work directly with the Founder and take ownership of his daily coordination and follow-through, including:
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, calls, WhatsApp and email communication




• Prepare structured daily and weekly schedules and priority lists
• Accompany the Founder during factory rounds and internal meetings
• Record instructions, decisions, responsibilities and deadlines
• Prepare clear Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) and maintain action trackers
• Follow up relentlessly with departments until assigned work is closed
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase/Procurement, Accounts, Dispatch, Logistics, HR and other departments
• Track production priorities, pending orders and operational bottlenecks
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate customer and distributor-related matters
• Track important payment follow-ups
• Support dispatch and logistics coordination where required
• Compile MIS, reports, Excel trackers and management updates
• Organise documents, approvals, correspondence and confidential records
• Draft professional emails, letters and internal communication
• Coordinate occasional
