Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Trivandrum. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, producing logos and visual identities, selecting and refining typography, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to support campaigns. The role also involves preparing final artwork files, adhering to brand guidelines,



and consistently meeting project deadlines while contributing creative input to improve overall design quality.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in various formats.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and print media.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow and enhance brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
