About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Team Lead who is a strong communicator, consultative seller, and people coach.
You will be responsible for selling YNM's certification and upskilling programs, while also managing and mentoring a small team of sales interns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with targets, lead management, objection handling, CRM tracking, and team productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
• Drive sales of YNM's certification and qualified upskilling programs.




• Connect with prospective learners, understand their requirements, and recommend the right programs.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Handle objections effectively and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Own the sales funnel from lead generation → follow-up → counselling → closure.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Team Management & Coaching
• Guide, coach, mentor, and manage a small team of sales interns.
• Set daily/weekly activity and productivity goals for the team.
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead movement, and conversions.
• Support team members in handling objections and closing difficult prospects.
• Conduct regular check-ins and provide actionable feedback.
• Drive accountability and ensure consistent team productivity.
