• US Market: Up to ₹13 LPA fixed
• North America Market: Up to ₹9 LPA fixed + ₹4 LPA variable

Role Overview
We are looking for driven and customer-focused Senior Admission Counsellors to manage prospective learners from the US and North American markets.
The role involves understanding learners' professional goals, recommending suitable education programs, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and consistently achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong international sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective learners from the assigned international market through calls, virtual consultations, and other communication channels.
• Understand learners' career aspirations, professional backgrounds, and learning objectives to recommend relevant programs.
