Role Description The Associate Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This role involves managing and deepening relationships with existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate banking products and services. The individual will handle day-to-day account servicing, respond to customer queries,



and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include supporting sales targets through lead generation, cross-selling and upselling products, and assisting in onboarding new customers in compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams, and adhering to bank processes and quality standards.
