Role Description The Receptionist Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru at FlexAbility physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation clinics. The individual in this role will greet patients and visitors,



manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries about services, explaining treatment offerings, supporting patient registration and billing processes, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow. This role also involves engaging with prospective patients, promoting clinic services, assisting with basic sales follow-ups, and providing high-quality customer service to support a positive patient experience. The Receptionist Sales team member is expected to maintain a professional, welcoming environment and uphold clinic standards in communication and service.
