Role Description The Sales Manager role at WeForAds is a full time remote position responsible for driving publisher acquisition and revenue growth. On a day-to-day basis,



the Sales Manager identifies and qualifies prospective publishers, conducts outbound outreach, manages inbound leads, and delivers product demos tailored to each publisher’s business model. This role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals while collaborating closely with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth go-live experience. The Sales Manager will analyze performance data to optimize sales strategies, contribute feedback to product and marketing, and represent WeForAds at virtual events and industry forums. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship management, and a commitment to transparent, publisher-first selling.
