Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Telesales Executive will engage prospective and existing customers over phone calls, introduce Spectent™ products, and clearly articulate value propositions tailored to client needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inbound and outbound inquiries, scheduling product demos or meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves handling customer questions, providing basic product information, addressing initial objections, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. The Telesales Executive will work toward defined sales targets, contribute to campaign execution, and share feedback from calls to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
