Remote IT Project Bidder

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Bidder / Business Development Executive who can identify, evaluate, and bid for website development, software development, Laravel/PHP, e-commerce, CMS, and custom web application projects through online platforms, tenders, and direct client opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects, preparing proposals, coordinating with the technical team for estimates, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify current website and software development projects from online platforms, tender portals, LinkedIn, freelance marketplaces, and other sources.
- Study project requirements, scope of work, technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals for website and software development projects.
- Coordinate with developers/project managers to understand project feasibility, effort, timelines, and pricing.
- Submit bids and proposals within deadlines.




- Handle pre-sales communication with potential clients.
- Follow up with submitted proposals and maintain opportunity status.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical team.
- Prepare quotations, project estimates, SOWs, and basic project documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain a proper database of leads, bids, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the project team during the initial handover after project confirmation.
- Identify recurring and long-term development opportunities from existing clients.
