Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Provide strategic academic leadership and support the Principal in achieving the school's vision and objectives.
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum planning.
• Mentor, coach, and develop teachers through regular classroom observations and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and international best practices.
• Lead curriculum planning, assessment frameworks, academic audits, and school improvement initiatives.
• Build solid relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Foster an innovative,



inclusive, and future-ready learning environment.

Eligibility
• Postgraduate Degree or Doctorate from a recognised university.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in reputed international schools.
• Prior experience as a Vice Principal, Head of Cambridge, Cambridge Programme Coordinator, Academic Head, or equivalent leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with the Cambridge curriculum is mandatory.
• International school experience with strong exposure to Cambridge teaching, assessment, and curriculum implementation is essential.
