Role Description
The Assistant Project Manager – MEP is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting end-to-end management of MEP works across warehouse and retail infrastructure projects. This role includes coordinating with internal teams, vendors,



and site engineers to ensure timely material delivery, adherence to drawings and specifications, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Assistant Project Manager will track project progress, maintain documentation, assist in scheduling and resource planning, and support inspections and testing of MEP installations.
Daily responsibilities also involve expediting critical activities, resolving site-level issues, aligning logistics and procurement with project timelines, and preparing status reports and updates for senior project managers and clients. The role requires close collaboration with civil, HVAC, electrical, and fire safety teams to ensure integrated project execution.
Qualifications
