Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven W2 Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified W2 consultants for our direct clients and implementation partners across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit W2 candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and identify candidates matching client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified W2 consultants for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer discussions.
• Ensure all candidate information is accurately updated in ATS systems such as CEIPAL, Oorwin,



or similar platforms.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants.
• Ensure compliance with client and company recruitment policies.

Required Skills
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and W2 hiring process.
• Experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Oorwin, Bullhorn, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, TN Visa, etc.).
