About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage reporting, data
analysis, and information management activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing
regular MIS reports, maintaining accurate data, analyzing business information, and supporting
management with timely and reliable reports for decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have robust MS Excel skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems,
and preferably an Accounts/Finance background.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments and sources.
• Prepare accurate reports using MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Maintain and update various operational, financial, and performance-related reports.
• Extract and validate data from ERP systems for reporting purposes.




• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, Operations, and other departments for data collection and verification.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Maintain proper records of reports and ensure data is organized and easily accessible.
• Track key operational and financial data and highlight important variances to management.
• Assist in preparing periodic performance reports and analysis.
• Ensure all MIS reports are prepared and submitted within the required timelines.
• Support the Accounts/Finance team with data analysis and reconciliation-related reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business and financial information.
