We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Coordination Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams. This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in customer coordination and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
• Follow up with technical and development teams regarding customer requests and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project/service updates, timelines, and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed within the expected timelines.




• Ensure customers receive clear and professional responses to their queries.
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and maintaining good client relationships.

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates with a basic understanding of IT/software products or services will have an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Skilled and positive attitude.
