About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand’s social media presence through creative, strategic and organic marketing.
We’re a fast-growing startup on a mission to make spirituality simple, and we need someone who can turn this vision into engaging, relatable and scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute the organic social media strategy.
• Manage content calendars, campaigns and social media platforms.
• Lead ideation for Reels, posts, stories, carousels and short-form content.
• Identify trends and turn them into relevant brand content.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and content teams.
• Drive organic reach, engagement, community and follower growth.
• Track social media analytics and improve content based on performance.
• Conduct competitor and audience research.




• Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms.

Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Organic Marketing or Content Marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and driving organic growth.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Excellent creative thinking, storytelling and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of trends, content formats and social media analytics.
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key: This is a strictly organic marketing role. Paid ads/PPC are not part of the primary responsibility.
