Our chat and voice agents work across websites, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels to answer customer questions, qualify leads, recommend products, book appointments, and automate customer interactions.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify potential customers, start conversations, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Role Description

1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Identify potential customers across industries and build targeted prospect lists.
• Research companies, their websites, business models, and potential use cases for AI agents.
• Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Generate interest in StepsAI’s chat agents,



voice agents, and AI automation solutions.
• Identify the right stakeholders, including business owners, founders, sales leaders, marketing teams, and customer support heads.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to start meaningful sales conversations.

2. Lead Qualification
• Understand a prospect’s business, current challenges, and customer engagement processes.
• Identify opportunities where AI agents can help improve conversions, generate leads, reduce manual work, or improve customer support.
• Ask relevant discovery questions to assess prospect requirements and buying intent.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, potential value, and readiness to explore a solution.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.

3. Sales Pipeline Development
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
