You'll work directly with Pavit Singh, founder of Ileseum Clubs and The Living Blueprint. We work with India's leading real estate developers, brands and investors to build clubs and communities where people actually want to spend their time.

You go where he goes. Boardrooms. Developer launches. Partner immersions. Conferences in India and abroad. You'll meet hundreds of founders, CXOs, athletes, chefs, wellness experts and brand leaders. In your first year.

Most people take a decade to build that network. You get it as a starting point.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- How deals get made, from first meeting to signed contract
- How brands are built in health, wellness, sport, fitness, lifestyle and F&B;
- How a founder thinks, decides and prioritises when everything is urgent
- How to run events, launches and partnerships at the highest level
- How to use AI to work at the speed of a team of five

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the founder's day:



calendar, meetings, travel, follow-ups
- Build decks, reports and trackers that go in front of top-tier clients and investors
- Sit in on meetings, take notes, own the action points and close them
- Be the link between the founder and every team, so nothing slips
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini and whatever comes next to research, draft and automate
- Handle confidential conversations with complete discretion

WHO YOU ARE
- A graduate in any field. Experience optional. Hunger not.
- Sharp with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Sharper with AI tools.
- Confident in a room full of senior people. Comfortable not knowing, quick to learn.
- High energy. Ready to travel at short notice.
- Organised, detail-obsessed and allergic to dropped balls.
- Someone who wants to be known in this industry five years from now.
