Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branches and bank staff to generate life insurance business.
• Work closely with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, CASA teams and other bank employees to generate leads.
• Drive sales of life insurance products through the Bancassurance channel.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance, savings, investment and protection products.
• Generate leads through branch references, customer databases, existing relationships and other assigned sources.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets as assigned by the company.
• Conduct regular branch visits and maintain strong relationships with key bank stakeholders.
• Support bank staff in explaining insurance products, advantages,



eligibility and policy features to customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of proposals.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations and other internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
• Track pending cases, follow-ups, renewals and business conversion.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines and sales processes.

Requirements / Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Banca, Agency, Direct Sales or Retail Banking may also be considered based on profile.
