Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at HPIPL will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning,



and demand-generation initiatives to support growth in smart parking and infrastructure solutions. This full time, on-site role based in Noida involves developing and executing integrated marketing plans, overseeing market research, and identifying new market segments and opportunities across India and international regions. The CMO will manage the marketing team, collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations to create campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Daily responsibilities include overseeing digital and offline marketing activities, managing public relations and corporate communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The CMO will also monitor performance metrics, optimize the marketing budget, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
