Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal for a Receptionist / Sales Executive / Sales Closer at Modern English Official. The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls and inquiries,



and providing accurate information about courses, schedules, and fees. The team member will guide prospective students through the admission process, conduct follow-ups with leads, and help convert inquiries into enrollments. Daily tasks include maintaining visitor and student records, coordinating with trainers and branch staff, and ensuring a professional and supportive front-desk experience. The role also includes achieving sales targets, presenting course benefits clearly, and supporting promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
