Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact through post-sale support. Responsibilities include maintaining robust client relationships, handling service-related concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and tracking customer feedback to improve satisfaction levels.



The Customer Relationship Executive will also support dealership events, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems to help build long-term loyalty.

Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive experiences and timely resolution of concerns.
• Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use CRM or customer management tools, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle escalations calmly and constructively.
• Prior experience in automotive, retail, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
