Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to own the complete client acquisition journey - from identifying opportunities through Upwork, outbound outreach, referrals, website enquiries, networking, and partnerships to discovery, proposals, negotiation, closure, and sales-to-project handover. The role will represent MonkyVision as a company ambassador and build a documented, technology-enabled 365-day sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Upwork Account Management: Find relevant projects, manage daily bidding, write personalised proposals, handle messages and interviews, coordinate pricing and agreements, and track proposals, contracts, reviews, and revenue.
• International Lead Generation:



Generate qualified opportunities across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Singapore, UAE, New Zealand, and other relevant markets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clutch, Crunchbase, Fiverr, directories, communities, and emerging platforms.
• Full-Cycle Sales: Research decision-makers, run personalised outreach, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, negotiate, close deals, and complete a smooth sales-to-project handover.
• Referrals & Partnerships: Build referral opportunities through clients, qualified contacts, freelancers, agencies, and strategic partners; maintain partner records and coordinate approved referral arrangements.
• Brand Ambassador & Networking: Represent MonkyVision professionally and attend relevant networking events, business meetups, conferences, workshops, webinars, and industry communities. Build relationships, present the company's capabilities, and complete structur
