The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between engineering expertise and customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to engage with industry professionals, develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver value-driven engineering solutions.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Identify new business opportunities and build solid client relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals,



and tender documentation.
• Support customers through pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and drive business growth.

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A combination of technical aptitude and commercial awareness.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Experience in engineering sales, CAE, simulation, or technical support is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• Must be based in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable with customer visits and travel as required.
