What You Will Be Doing-
• Research and identify potential customers across target industries, geographies, and company profiles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through channels such as LinkedIn, email sequences, and cold calling.
• Craft personalised outreach messages that speak to prospect pain points and relevant BotPenguin use cases.
• Engage promptly with inbound leads and initiate discovery conversations to understand their requirements.
• Identify customer pain points, use cases, and business challenges to assess product fit.
• Provide a compelling high-level overview of BotPenguin and its value proposition.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria, educate and nurture them.
• Schedule product demo meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects.




• Send timely reminders and follow-ups to maximise demo attendance and reduce no-shows.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives with complete context on each prospect.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Track outreach cadences, response rates, and qualification metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and increase conversion rates.

What You Need for This Role-
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR roles, or lead generation.
• Prior experience in SaaS or tech sales is mandatory.

Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
• Proven ability to conduct discovery conversations and identify customer pain points.
