Role OverviewWe are looking for a relentless, high-energy Business Development Manager to lead our direct-to-brand sales motion in Gurgaon. While our enterprise and agency teams build complex ecosystem partnerships, your mandate is focused, fast, and highly scalable: penetrate the mid-market segment of CPG and D2C brands.
In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for direct brand reachouts, driving a high-velocity, standardized product push. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to leading key pitches and closing deals.

Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Reachouts & Outbound Hunting● Targeted Prospecting: Build and execute a relentless outbound outreach strategy targeting founders, Ecommerce Heads, and Marketing Directors at mid-market CPG and D2C brands.
● Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of your pipeline. Utilize multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, industry events) to consistently generate highly qualified leads.
● Velocity & Volume: Maintain a high tempo of outreach and discovery calls to ensure a consistently full funnel of mid-market opportunities.
2. Mid-Market Penetration & Standardized Product Push● Scalable Sales Motion: Drive adoption of Trailytics' standardized Commerce OS offerings. You will focus on selling off-the-shelf, high-impact solutions that feature shorter sales cycles and faster time-to-value
